The presence of thick load-bearing concrete walls, dual elevator shafts, and an extended floor plan typically causes massive Wi-Fi dead zones and fragmented security monitoring if traditional consumer hardware is used.

Solution

To solve this, 24Technology engineered and deployed a complete enterprise-grade network and surveillance infrastructure using integrated TP-Link Omada and TP-Link VIGI solutions. At the core of the setup is the ultra-fast TP-Link Omada ER707-M2 multi-gigabit VPN gateway, which handles high-bandwidth routing and complex traffic demands across the entire expanded property. Network power and data distribution are managed seamlessly through high-capacity PoE switches, including the SG3428XPP-M2 and SG108PE, ensuring stable, high-speed delivery to every connected device.

Wi-Fi

To eliminate dead zones across both merged wings, we installed 13× TP-Link Omada EAP723 Wi-Fi 7 Ceiling Access Points strategically mapped throughout the estate. This configuration guarantees uninterrupted, ultra-fast Wi-Fi 7 coverage and fluid roaming whether moving between the living halls, dining areas, master suites, lift lobbies, or outdoor balconies. In addition, 8 direct Ethernet wall sockets were integrated into the structured cabling layout to provide dedicated gigabit wired connections for high-demand smart home hubs and entertainment setups.

Surveillance

Security was integrated directly into the unified network framework using 6× TP-Link VIGI C240i IP Dome Cameras positioned at key vantage points. All camera feeds are centrally processed and continuously recorded 24/7 on a TP-Link VIGI NVR1008H Network Video Recorder, offering the homeowner comprehensive surveillance coverage and complete peace of mind. The result is a fully unified, high-performance smart ecosystem that seamlessly bridges two combined units into one effortless living experience.
